Returns & Exchanges
We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible! Here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.
GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
- Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached, clean, and free of wear, makeup, perfume, tobacco, or deodorant odors.
- Items discounted by 30% or more, clearance, holiday items, jewelry, gift cards, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Accessories (jewelry, handbags, scarves, hats, intimates, etc.) and shoes are FINAL SALE.
- Free gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.
RETURNS
- Returns are for store credit only (usable online and in-store).
- We must receive your return within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for credit.
- For damaged items, email us at tina AT allthatandmoreky.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, phone number, and a description of the issue.
- Once approved, you will receive a return label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please retain tracking information for your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit.
- Only 6 returns for store credit are allowed per calendar year.
- Returns accepted outside of the 14-day window will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES
- Due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes or colors.
- If you wish to exchange, please return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Once approved, you'll receive store credit to use toward your desired item.
- Use the provided return label to send the item back. Return shipping and any applicable insurance costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- If the returned item does not meet our guidelines, you will be charged for both the original and exchanged items.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Report defective items within 3 days of delivery to tina AT allthatandmoreky.com.
- Items will be inspected, and if approved, store credit will be issued.
- Items that have been washed are not eligible for credit.
SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship in the continental U.S. for a flat rate of $12.95 per item.
- Your shipping will be no more than $25.
- FREE shipping is available for orders over $125.
- We ship via USPS. In-stock orders will be processed in 5-7 business days. Pre-orders and custom-made items may take 2-4 weeks before shipping. Orders containing pre-orders will ship once all items are in-house.
- Ensure your shipping information is correct. Any returned packages will be subject to additional shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as "delivered." Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for such issues.
- For local pickup, you will be notified via email or text when your order is ready. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be returned to inventory with no refund.
